Catracha!

So far, Mabel loves anything and everything even remotely hispanic, including tortillas, guacamole, beans (red or black), eggs, rice — even pico de gallo. Oh how she loves pico de gallo.

: Be careful now — don’t spill it!

: Yes! I have captured the nectar of awesomeness.

: Here — just put it in this little container. I’ll just eat it from there!

: Oh my! What is this heavenly nectar?

She Loves a Good Mess

Mama was in the kitchen baking one day and turned her back to Mabel for a couple of minutes. When she returned, this is what she found.

: Hmmm…I think I’ve got a little something on my hand here…

: I did nothing! It attacked me! Promise!

: The scene of the crime.

: Oh haaaaaaaiiiiiii!!!!!

: (If that’s not a look of surprised guilt, I don’t know what is)

Random Videos

We have been falling way behind on our Mabel updates, so here are a couple of videos of her doing her thing.

She loves to color — on paper AND on walls.

Mama got her this alligator and Mabel absolutely loves it. She will drag it around for a bit, then stop and kiss it, and drags it behind her some more.
